the article provides analysis of the implementation of modern approaches to the development of managerial competencies of women leaders. The study examines social factors influencing the formation of key managerial competencies, including effective organizational management, strategic decision-making, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities, with particular attention to family responsibilities, work environment, national mentality, and prevailing gender stereotypes in society. The findings indicate the necessity of integrating individual and institutional approaches to enhance managerial capacity. Additionally, the article emphasizes the importance of implementing targeted policies aimed at ensuring gender equality, eliminating social stereotypes, and supporting women leaders, and offers practical recommendations for developing modern managerial competencies through specialized programs, training, and coaching mechanisms.
