Abstract

This article systematically analyzes the obstacles in the development of management competencies of women leaders. Factors hindering women's personal development are highlighted. Career and business motivators of female leaders are classified. Also, proposals and recommendations were developed for the systematic elimination of obstacles in the development of management competencies of women leaders and the implementation of appropriate measures.
