Editorial policy

The journal “Society and Management” (Society and Management) supports high-quality scientific research highlighting national and global experience in priority areas such as public administration, policy, and human resource development. Submitted articles must fully comply with international IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion) standards, include an analysis of relevant literature on the topic (within the last 5 years), and possess scientific novelty. The priority task of each published material is to provide a theoretical and practical contribution to the reforms of the state civil service and management system.

Furthermore, the editorial board strictly adheres to the principles of scientific ethics and academic integrity. All manuscripts undergo a mandatory anti-plagiarism check and must not have been previously published in other outlets. Authors bear full responsibility for the accuracy of the data provided, the precision of citations, and compliance with copyright laws. The journal is published electronically four times a year; only one article per author (and no more than three co-authors) is permitted per issue.

In addition, the editorial board reserves the right to make independent decisions regarding the selection and editing of submitted materials. Technical formatting of articles (font, spacing, volume up to 15 pages) and the provision of abstracts in three languages (Uzbek, Russian, English) are essential requirements for acceptance. The Editorial Board objectively evaluates submitted works based on their scientific merit and compliance with journal requirements, and informs the author only of the final conclusion regarding publication.
