this article analyzes the role of institutional culture in the formation and strengthening of social trust from a sociological point of view. Institutional culture is considered as the main factor ensuring transparency, responsibility and ethical standards in the activities of organizations. The study reveals social factors that affect the level of trust in the relationship between institutions and citizens. The results are of practical importance in increasing social stability and institutional efficiency.
the article examines the significance and constitutional foundations of the principles of legality and justice, as well as the role of legality in the realization of justice. It further analyses Article 1 of the Constitution, which defines the state as a rule-of-law and social state, and discusses the factors influencing the implementation of the principles of legality and justice in states of this type, along with the constitutional provisions related to legality and justice.
